‍Opening (spoken before pressing play):

‍“I stand in the center of my field. The beautiful lie dissolves.
I call forth truth,

‍While the tone plays:

‍Breathe in through the nose for a count of 4.
Hold for a count of 4, silently saying: “Truth in.”
Exhale for a count of 6, silently saying: “Lie out.”
On each exhale, imagine a paper mask crumbling into light.
Around 3 minutes in (when the high tone peaks), place your palm over the heart and say once (aloud or silently):
